Return & Refund Policy
We make every effort to provide high-quality products. However, if a damaged product is delivered, we require a photo to be sent to us within 24 hours of delivery via email or through our customer service portal. We will not be able to perform a replacement or refund if images are not received within the specified time frame. After obtaining the images, our team will assess the damage; if the damage is accepted and a complaint is filed, we request that you return the merchandise. If we have a replacement in stock, we will reship it to you. If it is not available, you can request a refund in the form of a coupon for future purchases.
No returns, refunds, or cancellations are possible for custom-made orders.
Chola Fashion will make the final decision about refunds, and the investigation could take up to 10-15 days.
Shipping & Delivery
On orders below ₹9999/-, shipping will be charged at the real cost, while purchases above that will be shipped free of charge. Most products will be delivered within 7-21 days of the realisation of the payment. This timeline applies to domestic shipping only; international delivery times may vary.
